Welcome to CASSI

Thank you for choosing CASSI, the dedicated platform for insurance agents. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you (“User”) and CASSI ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the CASSI website and services (the “Platform”).

Our registered office is located at 336 E College Ave, Suite 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, United States.


1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using the CASSI platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services and Pricing

Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $2,500 is required to set up your account.

Monthly Fee: The standard service is $697 per month plus 10% Ad Spend.

Service Inclusions: The fees cover CRM functionalities, marketing automation, AI appointment booking, a dedicated Facebook business page and ad manager, ad copy, daily ad maintenance and optimization, an Agency Profile/Authority Web Page, AI tokens/usage charges and an A2P compliant call/sms number.

Call, SMS and Email charges: Will be billed to your card on file in your account as pre-purchased credits and reloaded as incurred.

3. Payment Terms

Billing Cycle: Fees are billed automatically monthly in advance and are due on the invoice date.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. By using our services, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.

Responsibility for Costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with Facebook ad spend and your use of the platform, including but not limited to call, SMS, and Email. Your AI usage and tokens is included in your monthly platform fee.

4. Use of Leads and Data

Leads provided through CASSI are for your direct use only and must not be sold or transferred. The ad manager account, ad images, ad copy and all related data remain the property of CASSI.

5. External Communications Policy

Importing or communicating with external leads through the CASSI system is prohibited to ensure compliance and maintain system integrity.

6. Intellectual Property

The CASSI platform and its content as well as the ad creative, ad copy and ad account are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the platform’s content, leads, or data is strictly prohibited.

7. User Obligations

As a condition of your use of our services, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully in all interactions with CASSI and our staff. This includes refraining from using language or actions that are offensive, threatening, or abusive. You agree to use the CASSI platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

8. Termination and Cancellation

If we determine that any terms outlined herein have been violated, or if we find any reason to believe that continued service would not align with our business standards, values, or legal obligations, we reserve the right to terminate the service relationship without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. CASSI reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform for any breach of these Terms.

9. Amendments to Terms

CASSI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.

12. Right to Refuse Service

CASSI reserves the right to refuse or discontinue business with any client or user at our discretion if we deem it necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we determine that:

12.1. The client’s behavior or communication is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or abusive towards our staff or other users.

12.2. There are reasonable grounds to believe that the client’s intentions or actions may be unlawful, unethical, or contrary to the values and principles of CASSI.

12.3. The client has previously engaged in any behavior that could harm our reputation, business operations, or other users.

12.4. The client is unwilling or unable to provide necessary information or documentation to proceed with our services in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
