These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you (“User”) and CASSI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the CASSI website, software, and services (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our registered office is located at 336 E College Ave, Suite 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, United States.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CASSI Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
Setup Fee: One-time fee of $2,000 to initiate your account.
Monthly Fees: $250 per week. For ad budgets exceeding $3,000/month, an additional 10% of ad spend will be charged.
Service Inclusions: CRM, marketing automation, AI appointment booking assistant, ad creative and copy, ad optimization, agent scheduling page, website and a dedicated A2P-compliant phone number.
Usage Charges: Call, SMS, and email charges are billed as pre-purchased credits and automatically reloaded when depleted.
Billing Cycle: All fees are charged automatically, monthly in advance.
No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable.
Cost Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all ad spend and Platform usage costs, including communications calls, texts and emails costs.
AI usage and token are included in your monthly fee.
Marketing Agent Disclosure: CASSI acts solely as a marketing agent on your behalf. You are the legal owner of any leads generated via your campaign while using our services.
Restriction on Resale: Self-generated leads via CASSI may not be sold, transferred, shared, or repurposed for third-party use under any circumstance. They are for your exclusive use only.
Departure Policy: If you cancel service, you may export your lead data for continued use, assuming compliance with all laws and regulations.
You may not import or communicate with leads that were not directly generated through your own CASSI campaign unless:
You are the sole legal owner of those leads.
The leads were acquired in compliance with all applicable privacy, A2P, and insurance marketing laws.
You maintain opt-out rates below 3% and proper recordkeeping of consent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring all leads and communications comply with applicable federal and state marketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements.
The CASSI platform, advertising profiles, ad accounts, ad copy, creative assets, scheduling pages, and related intellectual property remain the sole property of CASSI.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CASSI, Insurance Life Advisors LLC, and their officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform;
Your failure to comply with any applicable law or regulation;
Your communication with leads in violation of this agreement or applicable privacy laws.
8. User Conduct
You agree to:
Treat CASSI staff with respect and professionalism;
Not abuse, harass, or threaten any staff member;
Use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
CASSI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or if your use is deemed harmful to our business or legal standing.
You may cancel at any time by notifying us. Upon cancellation, access to the platform will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
CASSI reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases involving:
Harassment of staff;
Suspected misuse of the platform;
Failure to comply with compliance and legal obligations.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
